Traq Collective

AI consultant, Dubai

An AI consultant for UAE businesses

You’ve got the AI tools. We help your team actually use them.

We train your team, wire AI into the tools you already pay for, and stay until your team can run it without us. Founder led, UAE based, in person across Dubai and Abu Dhabi or remote. Practitioners, not consultants.

  • For teams of 10 to 200
  • Not individual courses
  • UAE and remote

Six questions, about a minute. A real score at the end, not a brochure.

Tools in place

Question 1 of 6

Has your team paid for AI tools like ChatGPT, Copilot or Gemini?

Licences you already cover, even if people barely touch them.

Has your team paid for AI tools like ChatGPT, Copilot or Gemini?

Pick the answer closest to your situation. Takes about a minute.

What we actually train

Five tracks, picked to match who is in the room

Every serious programme splits by seniority rather than by tool: the leadership question and the “I have the licence and never open it” question need different sessions. Most companies run the leadership track first, then one or two tool tracks across the teams.

  • AI Strategy & Governance

    Leadership

The session to run before you spend anything else. Leadership leaves aligned on what AI realistically does for this business, which work to point it at first, and the rules everyone else will be held to.

    Who
    Founders, C-suite and department heads
    Length
90-minute exec taster, or half day

They leave with A ranked use-case shortlist, a draft acceptable-use policy, and a 12-month roadmap with owners, budget and the numbers you will report on.

  • Claude for Business

    Core

Claude is the strongest tool most teams have never properly opened. This track puts it on your contracts, tenders, reports and research, and sets up the parts that make it repeatable rather than a one-off chat.

    Who
Anyone whose week is documents, analysis or writing
    Length
Half day, or full day using your own files

They leave with A shared Project holding your business context, a starter prompt library, and two or three recurring tasks rebuilt so they run in minutes.

  • ChatGPT for Business

    Core

The foundation track. Most people use ChatGPT as a better search box and stop there. This one covers the features that turn it into something the whole team can run a repeatable job on.

    Who
Whole teams, especially sales, marketing and admin
    Length
Half day, or full day using your own work

They leave with Custom instructions set for each person, at least one Project per team, and a custom GPT built live for a job you do every week.

  • Microsoft 365 Copilot

    Core

You are probably already paying for this per seat. Copilot behaves differently in every app it sits in, which is why adoption stalls, so this track goes app by app and is blunt about where it is worth your time.

    Who
Teams already licensed for Microsoft 365
    Length
    Half day

They leave with Every person leaves with Copilot working on their real inbox, their real documents and their real spreadsheets, plus a clear rule for which job goes to which tool.

  • AI Agents & Automation

    Advanced

For teams past the basics who want work happening without a person driving it. We build a real agent on one of your own processes during the session, rather than demoing someone else’s.

    Who
Ops leads and whoever owns a process end to end
    Length
Full day, or a 4-week build programme

They leave with One live agent running a real process, a map of the next three worth building, and the approval gates that keep a human in the loop.

Built around your workflows

The agenda is built from your work, not a slide deck

Nobody watches a demo. People bring live work and leave having done it faster, with the guardrails explained as we go rather than as a policy slide at the end.

That is why the scoping happens before anyone books a room. Two teams in the same company rarely need the same session.

  1. 01

    Before: we learn the work

A short survey of the people attending, a call with you, and a look at how a few real tasks get done today. The agenda gets built from that. Nothing is pulled off a shelf.

  2. 02

During: hands on your own tasks

Nobody watches a demo. People bring live work and leave having done it faster, with the guardrails explained as we go rather than as a policy slide at the end.

  3. 03

After: the part most training skips

A recap pack and prompt library go out the same week, and we come back a few weeks later. Research puts the tipping point at five-plus hours of practice, so one session on its own was never going to hold.

How it is delivered

How corporate AI training is delivered

Four shapes, and the honest reason to pick each one. Which one fits depends on how many teams you are moving and how much needs wiring in afterwards, so we scope it with you rather than quoting from a list.

  • Exec taster

    90 minutes

    Leadership, up to 30 people

Getting leadership aligned before you commit budget to anything. Past about 30 in a room nobody gets hands on anything, which is the whole point.

  • Half-day workshop

    Half day

One team, 4 to 25 people

One team, one track, one tool, taken properly. The fastest way to prove the thing works before you commit anyone else’s calendar to it.

  • Full-day deep dive

    Full day

One team, 4 to 20 people

Long enough to rebuild the work your team actually does every week, on their own files, rather than practising on a made-up example.

  • Multi-day programme

    4 to 6 weeks

    Whole company, any size

A rollout track by track, with the follow-up sessions built in. Research puts the tipping point at five-plus hours of practice, which one day on its own never reaches.

The AI Readiness Audit credits back in full

If you start any engagement within 30 days of the Audit, the full Audit fee comes off it. The first paid step costs you nothing if you carry on, and gives you a plan you own if you do not.

What a quote depends on

  • How many people, and how many separate sessions
  • Which tracks, and whether leadership runs first
  • How much gets wired into your tools afterwards

We take on a limited number of new partners each quarter, so every team gets senior attention.
